We thank you for your interest, and while giving you a cordial welcome, we want to make you aware of the house rules.

Therefore, we ask you to carefully read the regulations and the rules of behavior that each guest must assume in order not to disturb or harm others and the environment. The facility is more than anything else the residence of many guests who have decided to stay here; we therefore ask that you respect and treat it as you would care for your own home and that of relatives and friends. For the purpose of good coexistence, we ask that you observe not only the rules dictated by law, but also those simply dictated by common sense and mutual respect.

REGISTRATION

When checking in, it is mandatory to provide valid identification: passport, ID card or driver’s license.

Otherwise, the registration cannot be carried out. It is our care to always ensure the processing of personal data, according to the regulations governing the Privacy Law.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

To confirm your reservation you will be able to choose bank transfer or credit card as payment method. Checks will not be accepted. Reservation by bank transfer (previously agreed upon with the Management) is considered valid, as long as it specifies the date of stay, telephone number, and name of the originator.

CANCELLATION

In the booking confirmation communication we will provide you with all the necessary payment details.

To make the reservation must be paid by bank transfer in advance, or credit card, the total balance of the budgeted amount. In case of cancellation, up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the full amount will be refunded; after this deadline the penalty that will be withheld corresponds to 30% of the total amount. No refund will be due if the cancellation request arrives within 10 days prior to the beginning of the stay. No type of refund will be due, also, in case of early departure on the dates established and previously confirmed in the reservation.

In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the amount will be charged on the unused days.

GUESTS

It is not permissible for housing to be permanently occupied by persons other than those stated in the contract. It is not permitted to receive visitors from the outside. Any exceptions must be agreed in advance with the Management for the necessary fulfillment of the Law. Violation, even occasional, of this commitment will result in termination of the contract.

The organization of parties and events in the apartments is also not allowed.

MINORS

The lodging of minors is permitted only in the presence of a parent. Parents (or those legally exercising parental authority) are jointly and severally responsible for the acts performed by minors within the property and are required to supervise them and ensure that they maintain polite and respectful behavior towards others, under their own direct responsibility and, in particular, with regard to the obligation to respect silence, the proper use of the spaces and equipment made available by the Facility to its Guests.

NON-SMOKING FACILITY

Within the entire Villa Marina property, apartments and outdoor areas, smoking is strictly prohibited.

PETS

Not allowed.

VALUABLES

It is advisable not to leave any valuable objects or effects unattended in the rooms, bathroom or any other common areas of our facility. Guests are urged to watch over their belongings as the owners of the facility are not responsible for their safekeeping. The rooms are not equipped with a safe or safety deposit box, so it will be your responsibility to always lock the gate, front door and to take care of the keys. Villa Marina is not responsible in the event of any situation of loss, damage and/or theft of items left unattended and does not assume any kind of responsibility for any damages towards people or things that are caused by third parties or that are caused towards third parties.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE AREA

The entire Villa Marina property is equipped with a video surveillance system.

POSSIBLE DAMAGE

Guests are liable for and are called upon to pay compensation for damages caused to the facility and for the misuse of supplementary equipment, caused by them or caused by persons under their responsibility. Misconduct, even by minors, is deemed contractually relevant.

Any transgression of the rules of these regulations and of the common rules of civil coexistence and good behavior will result, according to the judgment contractually delegated inappellable to the Management, in the immediate termination of the contract and removal from the facility within 5 hours of the dispute of the facts. In such a case, Management is entitled to withhold the sums already paid and to demand the remaining sums, including as compensation for damages, without prejudice to the right to compensation for the greater damages ascertained. In the event that problems occur that are not due to direct responsibility in the provision of services such as internet connection, water supply, or electricity supply, Villa Marina will not be liable for the damage caused.

KEYS

The time of entering and leaving the facility is completely free and guaranteed in full autonomy by the handing over of the keys to the entrance gate and the apartment. Both keys must be returned on the day of departure. In the event that they are lost, you will be charged at the time of check-out for the replacement of the lock and set of keys.

RESPECTS THE ENVIRONMENT

You are required to turn off the air conditioner, lights, television and other equipment when leaving the facility.

RESORT TAX

The municipality of Andora does not charge resort fees.

PARKING

In the municipality of Andora, all parking lots are free of charge.
